Baikowski also develops, manufactures and markets high-performance polishing powders for use on nickel phosphorous plated thin film media and slurries for the next generation of glass substrates. Demand for higher data storage capacity in hard drives has led to inceasing levels of data density on disk platters. Higher data storage capacity requires a very high degree of planarity of the final disk surface. Baikowski makes all of our own abrasives resulting in TOTAL CONTROL of the powder characteristics. |
