Une th\u00e8se de doctorat compl\u00e8te intitul\u00e9e \u00a0\u00bb Imprimabilit\u00e9 de p\u00e2tes c\u00e9ramiques par robocasting : Applications aux mat\u00e9riaux denses et multimat\u00e9riaux\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9e par Mathilde Maillard en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif du projet \u00e9tait de d\u00e9velopper des pi\u00e8ces c\u00e9ramiques mono et multi-mat\u00e9riaux (zircone et alumine) en consommant le moins possible de mat\u00e9riaux et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Pour cette raison, la fabrication additive mais aussi le frittage par chauffage micro-ondes pour la consolidation et le post-s\u00e9chage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recherche a ainsi permis de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les progr\u00e8s significatifs du robocasting et de d\u00e9montrer<strong> comment les poudres Baikowski\u00ae contribuent \u00e0 la production de g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes et de structures c\u00e9ramiques robustes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus d&rsquo;information sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baikowski.com\/fr\/ceramic-3d-printing-powders-and-slurries-white-paper\/\">les mat\u00e9riaux avanc\u00e9s pour impression 3D dans notre livre blanc d\u00e9di\u00e9<\/a> (uniquement en anglais)<\/p>\n<h2>Caract\u00e9ristiques du robocasting<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9286 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.baikowski.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/DIRECT-INK-PRINTING-robocasting-3D-printing-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"ceramic-pastes-for-robocasting\" width=\"155\" height=\"155\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le robocasting a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi parmi d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;impression 3D pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 produire des multi-mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 gradient. Leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s rh\u00e9ologiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9ticuleusement ajust\u00e9es pour faciliter l&rsquo;extrusion en continu pendant le processus de robocasting.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;\u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;en optimisant la charge solide et la teneur en liant, les p\u00e2tes ont atteint la viscosit\u00e9 et la thixotropie souhait\u00e9es, permettant ainsi de r\u00e9aliser des structures imprim\u00e9es conformes.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle et propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques<\/strong> : La fabrication de pi\u00e8ces c\u00e9ramiques denses et m\u00e9caniquement robustes est l&rsquo;un des r\u00e9sultats les plus importants de cette \u00e9tude. Les structures c\u00e9ramiques ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 la compression et un retrait minimal lors du frittage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes et finition de surface :<\/strong> La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 produire des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes avec des d\u00e9tails pr\u00e9cis est un point critique dans la fabrication additive.
